Friday May 3, 2019 -- from streamside to grassland to surrounding mountain slopes, our goal is not 100 birds we barely get to know, but 50 we savor and share with our supporters.
You’ve certainly heard of the Haiku, but what about the Hai-Coot?
In addition to logging 50+ birds, Swoop will be writing Hai-Coots about 25 of the species that most move us to ultra-poetic expression.
Here are some sample Hai-Coots describing Robin’s backyard birds in southern California
